Stars have wisdom
I remember the first time I had my horoscope done and how much I loved it. Up until then, my inner dialogues were basic Anglo Christian: hell, heaven, evil and good. The rich philosophical and psychological language in astrology, from Greek and Roman mythology, broadened my knowledge of how to see myself and others exponentially. Words like transformation, challenges and expansion helped me understand life and myself in a more meaningful way, and they still do.
With the advent of the Jewish, Islam and Christian God, the rich mythological world of human psychology was no more: be good or go to hell. Leaving shadows running all over the planet.
I am not canning these religions. I am saying witches, meditators, philosophers, astrologers, mythology, legends and fairy tales have an equal place in our lives. Without them, we are limited to religions that want to control what we do and how we think, instead of us developing our own natural abilities for self-exploration and wonder. This is why many people love to be born again because when they are they don’t have to think for themselves anymore: for some, this is a giant relief.
Astrology is popular because of all these things. Some people, like me, love it because it sheds light on the soul and broadens our knowledge and repertoire of thought. Other people, use it as a crutch and take it all too literally, the psychology and the future predictions.
Bottom line, if you haven’t ever had your horoscope done, or you know people struggling to get their shit together then a Vedic Astrology reading can be a huge help either way.
I say Vedic because the Indian astrology system uses the Sidereal zodiac, not the Western Tropical Zodiac. The Sidereal zodiac represents the progression of the equinoxes and shows where the signs are at any given time. The Tropical zodiac does not progress and says that 1 degree Aries will be in the sky on the 21st of March. It is a seasonal system.
I think the Indian Sidereal system is more accurate. Your Tropical zodiac may say you are a Leo and your Sidereal zodiac (25 degrees earlier at the moment) will say you are a Cancer. This can lead to confusion. A Leo is strong, loud, creative, organised and self-willed, while a Cancer is nurturing, sensitive, home-loving and motherly.
There is around 25 degrees difference so you can still be in the same sign if you were born late in the month. Also, there are other factors that can change these attributes as well. Like your planets and houses.
There is a wonderful Indian astrologer on YouTube that gives incredibly good insights. He used to be a fashion photographer. Now he is an astrologer, blogger and writer.
All of this Astrology stuff is an extra: extra viewpoints, ideas, insights, perspectives etc. That can help explain your career, relationships, money, education, community work, soul’s purpose and life’s challenges. This can be good for people who are not sure about their life and are struggling. For everyone else, self-determination is always the best. Using meditation, clear thinking and insights from books, speakers, family and friends will see you right.

To search for your personal information, you will need to get your Indian horoscope done first. I think he does them which would be amazing.
To calculate your chart you need your birthday, birth time and birthplace.
You can do it for free online at these websites below.
Once you have done it you can search krschannel for things like Venus in the 3rd house etc.
Ruler of the 1st house in the 11th house etc.
There is a lot of debate between astrologers about the Western and Vedic systems. What I think is that the Indian Vedic system is more direct and specific. This gives you clear answers to your questions. The Western system is more esoteric and can shed light on your psychological and inner stuff.
