You need drugs (vitamins etc) to reduce viral replication and entry into your cells. You need drugs to deal with a cytokine storm in your lungs, inflammation. And you need anti coagulants to deal with blood clotting like aspirin. And you drugs like hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin that can treat viral entry, get zinc where it has to go (ionophore) and reduce inflammation.
