Believe it or not
Looking at a picture of hungry woman and her child the other day; I thought that I can’t be happy if they are not happy.
This surprised me a bit because I had never quite looked at life like that before. I have come close after reading about Jung’s collective: we are all connected. Now I am sure that there is a total, (percent) of happiness in the universe. The goal would be 100%. Like a happiness weather report.
How does this work? If I make myself happy, then make others happy then I raise the percentage. But, if I make myself sad and others sad then the percentage drops. Multiply this by billions and you will see the happiness gauge swing wildly up and down.
The aim is to bring it up without burning yourself out. And if everyone does a good deed at the same time, it may actually blow the gauge.
I saw this truth yesterday and want to share it with you. We are all part of a collective, spiritually consciousness beings, that connect with each other in our sleep, imagination, intuition (inner tuition) and dreams. What happens to one of us happens to all of us. And we get rewarded for bringing the happiness gauge up and punished for bringing it down as a way to keep the system rolling along. Some people call this karma.
Are we spiritual beings? = have eternal existence. Are we connected? Drops in an ocean of living energy. Are we souls? = Our true selves with purpose and place. Are we living out our beliefs? = Living our truth.
The next time you see a hungry person or animal and feed them, know, this action will reverberate around the universe.

I am a retired Photography Teacher, Refugee Settlement Manager, and Builder. For the past 10 years, I have been teaching part-time, writing books, taking photos and doing lots of research.
All the books I write come from experience and research. Yes, in my life so far I have worked with refugees, taught art, built houses, studied herbs, and health. I have also studied astrology spirituality including meditation, animal welfare, and poetry.
