Heal thyself
For a few years I have been using Lugol’s Iodine and food grade hydrogen peroxide. Doctors Like Sircus, Brownstein and Mercola are using them for various health problems. After a lot of experimentation Dr Brownstein uses a mixture of saline water, around 6 ml, a drop of Lugol’s Iodine and a highly diluted amount of food grade Hydrogen Peroxide, 0.04%. I use 0.1%. Dr Brownstein is erring on the safe side with highly diluted H.P. He says it still works well.
Calculation 6% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide 1 ml in 6 ml water = 1% to get 0.1% you need 1/10th of a ml. This gives you 0.1 if you want 0.04 % you will need around a 1/20th. I am not good at math’s ???????
If you start with 30% food grade H.P. then to get 0.1% you will need 1/50th of a ml. Please do your own Math to get to .1 or .04%.
Once you have made your 6 ml mixture, you put it into a nebulizer and deep breathe it in until finished to fix breathing problems (pneumonia, inflammation, cytokine storm) caused by any virus. When I have breathing problems I do this once in the morning and again at night.
If you search Dr Mercola, Dr Brownstein and Dr Sircus you will get a lot more detailed information on their protocols.
When you combine sun bathing for 30 minutes a day with nebulizing Lugol’s Iodine and food grade Hydrogen peroxide you have powerful ways to overcome a virus at your disposal.
I also use Iodine as a nasal spray, a gargle and drink. 1 drop of Iodine (Lugol’s) in water, once gargled can be swallowed. There is a lot of information on taking Iodine on the internet especially by the doctors mentioned above. The American FDA and other organisations may warn you about taking Iodine and H.P. I have been using them for years and I am fine.
You can drink a drop or 2 of food grade Hydrogen Peroxide (diluted to 3 or 6%) in water to help oxygenate your system as well, once a day.
A drop of Iodine in water and swallowed with the onset of food poisoning can be helpful.
For people who are Iodine deficient (everyone) this is an awesome way to fix it.
Note: Only use Lugol’s Iodine and food grade Hydrogen Peroxide. Be careful when diluting 30% food grade Hydrogen Peroxide. It is quite concentrated. It can burn you and is extremely dangerous if ingested at these concentrations.
You should know most doctors don’t care about wholistic health. They love the robotic mechanism of prescribing pharmacy for everything: it is easy and makes them rich. When other doctors who care about your health use liberating things like Iodine, H.P., the sun, Magnesium and Vitamin C they feel threatened and are happy to lie about their value, even when they don’t have a clue.
I go with the good doctors who care about nutrition, herbs, supplements, dialogue and people. They are REAL doctors after all. Originally inspired by my father who, in the 60s, had a large library on alternative medicine. He cured his best friend’s cancer with organic carrot juice.

All the books I write come from experience and research. Yes, in my life so far I have worked with refugees, taught art, built houses, studied herbs, and health. I have also studied astrology spirituality including meditation, animal welfare, and poetry.
