I am glad the Australian people are willing to support people, mainly women and children, who are suffering and need a better life for their kids. I have personally worked and socialized with hundreds of migrants and refugees and they have always been gracious and friendly as have the Australian workers taking care of them. This melting pot of religions and cultures represents the truly universal nature of humanity and celebrates the loving kindness we are all capable of towards each other. Roll back time a few years and there would be no pizzas or garlic. We have come a long way. More equality for women, more religious tolerance and understanding, and an infinite array of food and clothing. We all started together in the ocean, the collective of souls, among the fish and waves. Hopefully, before long, we will all return to our collective home in the stars, in our hearts and minds, and peace will reign within the one family we are.
