There is no living without Chinese Herbs
Every day I take a combination of turmeric, ginger and andrographis powder in water. Around a level dessert spoon. I have a few other herbs I take when I am sick like licorice, astragalus, moringa and holy basil. After taking these herbs for many years I can recommend them 100%.
Chinese herbs are good because they make combinations that work very well together. If you haven’t tried herbs to heal yourself then I suggest you do ASAP.

Depending on where you live you will have herbs growing in your garden, on the roadsides and in farms like Dandelion and Plantain.
The four best options to have herbs in your life and daily health routines are:
1: When you are sick visit a Chinese herbalist
2: Do what your forefathers did and eat them in your food like rosemary, basil, pepper, ginger and garlic.
3: Stock up on the most common herbs you can buy at your local stores: turmeric, ginger, licorice, garlic, basil etc. and make a powder mix to take every day.

I have a friend with a lung disease and Chinese Herbs has helped him a lot. He has Pulmonary Fibrosis/Schlerdoma. A herbal combination called ASHMI has reduced his coughing fits considerably.
