Be healthy and circulate

Blood circulation to all parts of your body including your brain is imperative for good health. As we age, our blood thickens, becomes more viscous, making it hard work for your heart to pump, which means stress on your heart, and a lack of vital oxygen and nutrients to your body, especially your brain.

This will cause a lack of energy, ill health and memory loss.

Luckily, there is an easy cure. Cayenne pepper and ginger thin your blood and are yummy too. I am not sure what kind of chilli cayenne pepper is.? I think they are the long red ones. You can buy cayenne pepper nearly anywhere. I include it in my daily herbal powder combo of ginger, turmeric and Andrographis. I buy the herbs in powder form, they say they are organic, and pour them  into a big jar and mix them well. every morning I take a flat dessert spoon. I put it in a glass and 1/4 fill it with water. Then I mix it well and down the hatch.

Along with cayenne pepper there is Vitamin E, which will keep your arteries from hardening. Blackmores make a good vitamin E capsule. And turmeric, mentioned below, will dramatically reduce inflammation which causes cholesterol to form and clog your arteries.

If you have high blood pressure this can cause your blood to irritate the blood vessel lining’s = inflammation. The body creates cholesterol to  cover the inflammation which becomes  a vicious cycle.  And by thinning your blood,  cayenne pepper will   not only lower your blood pressure, it will also lower your cholesterol by reducing the friction on your arteries.

Beetroot, cayenne pepper, ginger, Hawthorne berry and blackstrap  molasses are brilliant for your heart and will help to strengthen it and hopefully reduce blood pressure.

Warning

Sometimes they can thin your blood so much that when you bleed  you may bleed excessively.  Conditions  like piles can be made worse with cayenne pepper and ginger.

Warning

If you have a heart problem and are taking pharmaceuticals then I suggest you go slowly on this treatment. Use very small  amounts in your food and build them up over a few months. if you do  feel better you need to tell  your doctor and they may reduce your medicine or cut it out altogether.

Andrographis

Andrographis is a very good anti-viral, anti-cancer and thins your blood.

It is also good for:

Common cold.

Taking andrographis by mouth, alone or as part of an herbal combination product, seems to improve cough and sore throat in some people with the common cold. It’s not clear if andrographis helps to prevent colds.

Osteoarthritis. Taking andrographis extract by mouth daily seems to reduce pain and stiffness in people with mild or moderate osteoarthritis in the knee.

Infection of the throat and tonsils (tonsillopharyngitis). Taking andrographis by mouth daily works about as well as acetaminophen (Tylenol) to reduce fever and pain from tonsillitis.

A type of inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis). Taking andrographis extract by mouth daily for 8 weeks reduces symptoms of ulcerative colitis about as well as the drug mesalamine.

Andrographis is likely safe when used in doses up to 340 mg daily for up to 12 months.

Turmeric

Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory and is a known cure/preventative for Alzheimer’s. It is good for everything.

Ginger

Ginger is also good for everything and thins your blood the same as cayenne pepper. It is good for boosting testosterone and keeping older men healthy and strong.

Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne pepper is now used by doctors as a heart medicine. It is good for your heart, and can be administered after a heart attack to get your heart going. It also has vitamin c and is a well-known blood thinner.

If you have issues with your brain then you need to  take turmeric,  broccoli, avocado, coconut oil, fish oil,   gotu kola and  gingko biloba.

I always suggest using herbs and food as your medicine. They usually work better than pharmaceuticals, usually have no side effects,  are cheap, and are well researched and easy to acquire. They are also can be eaten daily in your food like garlic,  basil and ginger.

Another way to get your brain going  again is to massage your big toes and remove any calluses and hard skin on them. Your whole toe.

I am not  a doctor. I use this stuff myself and it works well. When in doubt do more research and/or find a wholistic doctor like Dr Brownstein.
