Get Turmericked

For the past 5 years I have been taking my herbal mix, usually after breakfast.   I buy 200 grams each of turmeric, ginger, Andrographis and 50 grams of cayenne pepper powder at a time at the local Chinese herb shop for about $10. I mix them all together in a big jar. Every morning I dip a dessert spoon into the powder, level  it off and dump it  into a glass. Then I 1/4 fill the glass with water, stir it, and down the hatch.

Sounds simple enough: take a few herbs and live to 100. No visits to the doctor, an excess of energy and a clear head. So why don’t more people do it? Why don’t you do it? 

There is no reason at all. In these times most herbs have been extensively researched. Now we have the benefit of science and anecdotal evidence.  Turmeric is the world’s number 1 anti-inflammatory. Ginger is a great testosterone booster, Cayenne Pepper is a powerful blood thinner and Andrographis is widely used around the world for alleviating the flu. They are all also anti-cancer. They are very well researched and proven to work. They are cheap and readily available.

I have told a few friends who have diabetes and cystic fibrosis. they are both taking turmeric every day and feeling much better.

This  is not exhaustive, far from it.   I have been taking this combination for years and feel great. When I don’t take it for a few days I feel lousy. My friends have told me the same thing.

This combination of herbs, there are plenty of others, can save you hundreds of thousands of dollars and your sanity.

That’s it. If you are interested do some research. Buy some powder or grow your own and just try it. Maybe a teaspoon a day is enough at the start. In a world being served by servers every second there is a good chance you will miss this message.  And even if you don’t, your brain may not be open to new ideas.

The beauty of it all is, for peanuts you can try it for a few weeks and see if you anecdotally become  like me.
